Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the resort, which is an excellent option for families, particularly those who can speak Italian. The location is absolutely stunning with two beautiful beaches and a mini forest for us to explore. The rooms, while clean, could use a bit of updating, and the service staff mostly spoke Italian or French, which made communication a bit challenging at times. The food was delicious, especially at the special restaurant on the mini island, but I was shocked to see food wastage during dinner. Overall, it’s a great all-inclusive experience, but definitely not ideal if you're looking for a completely English-speaking environment.
My stay at the hotel felt more like a vibrant Italian resort rather than experiencing the true essence of Madagascar. The rooms were adequately clean, but definitely on the tacky side, and the atmosphere was overwhelmingly lively with the constant sound of children and party music. I did appreciate the beach access and various excursions available, but keep in mind it's not an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility. Overall, if you're looking for a fun-filled vacation with plenty of activities, this could be the place for you.
We spent a memorable time at Andilana Resort, cherished for its comfortable and clean accommodations. The range and quality of food were outstanding, especially at the Pily Pily restaurant. While the kids had fun meeting the lemurs in the mini forest, they struggled a bit with the language barrier at the Kids Club. The distance from the airport is something to consider, but overall, it was a lovely family-friendly vacation.
My family and I had an amazing two-week holiday at this resort! The food was excellent, and there was plenty of variety. The beach, pool, and amenities kept us entertained, but I did find that the entertainment was primarily catered to Italian guests, which might not suit everyone. Overall, we definitely felt we got great value for our money.
